So I built a DIY wine cooler incubator. My thermostat is showing 89.9 and my thermometer is showing 91.0. I opened it for a second and the thermometer showed 89.5 after letting some heat out. When I had my hand in there tho it didnt feel like it was 90ish. Is it just me.
