I need someone who has set this up before to help me out here. Where do I need to place T-Stat probes and Temp probes with humidity? Please call me

Usually people place the tstat probe on the middle shelf

Where ever the hole is in the back for the probe. I stick
Mine to the side so there is no way the probe can get knocked off.

Yes, mine is on middle shelf right in the center of it but I went through one of the side holes. I also taped just the tip of the probe and then right where the cord and probe meet. That way I'm not completely covering the probe which could cause it to get a warmer reading than it really is.

Rich has lots of info regarding the racks on his website. Here are the instructions for T-stat probe placement: http://www.reptilebasics.com/manuals/dual_rack_inst.pdf

And here is a general FAQ for RBI racks: http://www.reptilebasics.com/rack_faq

If you ever need help with any Reptile Basics product all you need to do is contact Rich at Sales@ReptileBasics.com. He is an expert with each RBI item and is very helpful. I've always had a very quick turnaround on any email I've sent him.
