    Chris @ Cserpents.com
Earlier today I picked up a hatchling rack from Chris @ C Serpent's and let me start off by saying that this thing is beautiful. It's an extremely solid piece and very tight yet the tubs slide in and out easily. The heat tape placing looks great and very professional. There is nothing cheap about this and the best part is that the racks are extremely affordable.\

Apart from craftsmanship and quality, Chris was a great guy to deal with. I haven't dealt with anyone unpleasant in the ball python world, but I will say this... The world needs more people like Chris when it comes to customer service, and I mean in every business.

Although I didn't pick up one of his animals, I did get to see his collection. And from what I saw, they are all very well taken care of. No dirty tubs, no dirty water and the snakes looked healthy.

All in all, I will definitely be doing business with him as my collection grows. He is genuinely a stand up guy.

Thanks for posting this! I saw his racks for sale at the last Repticon here in Tampa and thought they looked great. Glad to hear they work well too! I may have to contact him when I go rack shopping. :gj:

You should. I met him at the Ft. Lauderdale Repticon, and that was the only time was spoke before setting up the pickup for my new rack. He really goes above and beyond. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I just wanted to add to this and say that Chris rocks, and his racks are awesome so far. I got a v-70 from him in January, and we just bought a v-18 rack that I'm still setting up. I was really impressed by the worksmanship and customer service. I will be giving him my business from now on.

Been doing business with chris for about 2 years now and will not buy a rack from anyone else.
They are by far the best racks for the money (imo) the first one I bought 2 years ago works just as good as the one I bought last month.
Great guy to deal with and talk too.meet him in myrtle and didn't see him till a year later and he remembered me on sight like we talked every day.
