    what is a better mythod buying a incubater or having the mother do it herself

    To each their own.
    For the first time I would recommend incubator route.
    Maternal care is a little more involved
    and much more care may be needed.

    no, you still have to make sure that the cage stays in the right conditions. Incubators are much easier.

    Snakes are coldblooded, so they can't regulate eggs the same way the warm blooded animals can.
