Together? No. Ball pythons are from Africa and carpet pythons are from Australia, so they have different climate needs. Also, both snakes can be extremely territorial and rarely come in contact with other snakes in the wild. Housing two together is just asking for trouble.

Yup. You should never house multiple snakes in a single enclosure other than for breeding purposes.
The cons far outweigh the pros.
(I.E. transfer of mites, possible illnesses, increased stress on both animals, different habitats, etc etc)

Yes you can, but hybrids can be very difficult to deal with and if sold without proper documentation they can really have a negative impact.

I personally believe that for most people hybrids either shouldn't be bred, or all resulting offspring should be kept to prevent unknown contamination of future breedings.

Sorry but personally I do not agree with a reptile "rescue" taking in reptiles, breeding them, hybridizing or reselling them for a profit. Does not sound like a "rescue" at all to me.
A "rescue" should also have some basic understandings or knowledge about many reptiles and or be able to easily find the information to care for anything that they may acquire.

    Thats my :2cent: anyways
