My new little guy :)
Hey all, here's some pics of my first ball python (regular, unless you guys think otherwise), Sativa, and his set up! Only two for now because he wasn't out for too long haha. The cool side is at 81 degrees/55% humidity and warm side is at 90 degrees/41% humidity, is this sufficient? I just get concerned about the humidity.

Thanks for looking :)

Numbers look good. You need a hide on each side hot and cool.

Yep, there's a hide on the cool side too, it is a upside down paper bowl that's buried under that substrate. He was out of his hides to switch from the warm (left) side to the cool (right) side.

Congrats! Humidity is ok, until be goes into shed, then you need to be at 70%.

Alright I will make sure I do. Should I just mist 2 times a day or something? I moved the water bowl under the light more than it was, that's the only reason why this humidity is as good as it is. My roommate likes the air conditioner haha.

A wet hide is the easiest way to provide high humidity, just put some damp sphagnum moss in those hides and you're set.

Alright that's a good idea, thanks for the suggestion!
