i just got my ball a couple of days ago at a local petco... they dont sex them i dont think. I really want to know what sex it is, but is taking it to a vet or a breeder the only way to go or what? :?:

If you don't know how to probe them already, you could easily damage it permanantly. I would really suggest just taking it to the vet (or breeder if you have one close by you); it would be safer for your little ball. :) Are you planning on breeding it?

no, not yet. Iwouldn't probe it because i've never seen it done, but i would love to know what sex it is. i'll probably take it to the vet...

Sometimes vets will sex them for free, but it would be a good idea to wait until you have a fecal sample then take it in to be checked for parasites and have the vet sex it while you're there.

Yeah, take it for a checkup/fecal and the sexing is something they'll probly throw in.
