    Am I lucky?
    So about 3 or 4 days ago I woke up at 2am to find my snake had escaped of I had not of woke up AT that time my snake would of been gone forever, then tonight I wake up around 3am quickly check my snakes temps and the find the temp to be 101 degrees my room is boiling though so I quickly take the snake out check him for burns he looks fine open the cage top and let some air into it of I would of slept all night could I been a worse situation am I lucky lol? I Have Snake Sense :)

    Just found out that the probe from the thermostat was on my floor not the Herman so that's that reason thankfully I thought the thermostat or heat mat was faulty and he escaped trough a whole I made in the cage for the hygrometer which I was planning on filling which is filled now but honestly the hole was so small I did no think he would fit I even but a book there and he got out lol

    Shame, shame! Never under estimate what your snake can do. They are like mice, if there is a hole they will get through.

    Who is this Herman guy and why do you mount your probe on him? LOL! I would run your probe into the tank so that this doesn't happen again.
