    RBI hide boxes
Does anyone know if the hide boxes from RBI are dishwasher safe? It doesn't say one way or the other on the site (or at least not that I saw anywhere) and I've done a search on here to no avail so I was just wondering if anyone knew?

I've put them on the top rack of my dishwasher before with no problems. If you're still unsure, email Rich. He will email you back very promptly....he is the best!

I do believe people put theirs in the top rack. I personally don't ever put them in mine for other reasons. Maybe I am anal, but all things snake stay in the bathroom, not kitchen. I use F10 for cleaning. They are the best hides out there though...

Chorhex bath does wonders to them! I'm with Doolittle anything reptile stays in the bathroom no kitchen except to fill up the 2 gallon spray bottle.

lol i thaw the rats right on the kitchen counter then just wipe it down with a lysol disinfectant wipe afterwards. (Not literally on the counter but in a coffee can on the counter).

If you wanna know about anything RBI sells just call/email Rich. He's a boss

I still clorox wipe down everything in the bathroom. Maybe that's part of why I do live or p/k, no dead rodents I'm my kitchen. And yes, Rich is great and very helpful.

I emailed Rich about 3 weeks ago and he still hasn't gotten back with me about it. He's probably just busy and overlooked it. I'll try giving him a call tomorrow. Thanks guys :D:D

You must have sent it to the wrong address or forgot to hit send or something.... Ive emailed him a ton of times on different occassions about almost anything and i think the longest he ever took to respond was like 2hrs. His record for me is under 2 minutes.

I would definetly call him then. Thats totalky not like him to not respond.

Agree Rich is a great guy and has always responded right away. Anytime I've ordered from him he ships right away never have to wait more than a couple of days to receive anything I've ordered, one of the best customer service companies I've ever dealt with. I'd try to contact him again for sure

I agree with you guys 100%. Rich is awesome. I placed a HUGE order including some racks back in March and everything was here in 3 days and his customer service is second to none for sure. That's why I think he just might have been having a busy day and missed the email.
