Dumb question of the day- Blood Pythons

Are they a differnt species?

I'm assuming so but I can't find the info *G* They sure are pretty! Any links to good info sites on them? I've never met one or seen one in person but have seen a few recently on breeder sites.

no question is dumb... yes, the bloods are a different species of python.

check back some threads in the pic forum, david beard has some sweet bloods and has posted pics.

Yip, diff species. But closely related, thats why you can make hybrids with them.

Hey, is the Black Blood different from the normal ones? Just wondering.
