Hurricane Season and Power Outage?
Okay so I live in Florida and the tropical storm Debby has me thinking what would I do for heat during a power outage. Ideas? Also if it requires me to wrap her in clothing or using my body heat, how would I know that that's the temperature she wants to be at? She can choose between her hot and cold side in her tank, how do I know which side of the spectrum she wants to be at?
Re: Hurricane Season and Power Outage?
In case of emergency which is a temporary situation the only thing I am worried about is to provide temps that do not fall below 75 degrees, providing a hot spot is not something I would worry about, I would only worry about ambient temps.
Depending on the situation for example a few snakes having a few heat pack during power outage is a good idea.
For larger collection is the ambient temps is not adequate having a buddy heater and/or a generator is an investment I would highly recommend.
