    WTH??? Bad Luck??!!
So I have this mojave..... Wondering if he is a mystic. I have been wondering for a while because he is not getting lighter like all the mojaves I see.

And I bred him with a normale female. 7 Good eggs.....
This is where it gets funny. All the hatchlings look like this! All very heavily banded.

Looks like bad luck to me. I had 7 eggs from a pastel clutch - 5 were normals, the entire clutch was male.

That sucks! My Axanthic X Normal clutch gave me 5 Het axanthics. Either way im going to keep the females from the Mojo clutch to see what happens with them.

I actually really like the baby in the last picture - cool markings. :)

Mojaves vary from one to another some are darker than others, same for Mystic I have seen some dark mystic and light ones.

Do you have a picture of your mail in natural daylight?

One good way to distinguish Mystics from Mojaves is by the color of their side, Mojave have a green hue to them that Mystic do not have.

That pic is in daylight. Cloud went by and shaded some.

That outside pic looks a lot like tungsten lighting? Try getting a shot that shows his true colors well enough to be able to spot minute differences (i.e. green hue) which can only be seen in clear, bright photos.

By the way, I think those babies are gorgeous! :gj:
