Medusa is Maxdusa!!!

Stupid lady that sold me the snake at petsmart said all of the BP's they had for sale were females... I just got done popping "Her" and she is a HE!!!!!! My daughter is pissed and I think I'm even more pissed.

I know you shouldn't buy reptiles from the big chain stores. But, I thought the folks here actually knew a little something about what they are selling.

Anyway I sent them an e-mail to corporate letting them know. Will see what happens....

I'm getting my 3 new BP's in on Tuesday! Cinny. Bee, and Lesser. I can't wait:P:P:P

I stopped in Petsmart recently for a tank for my new hoggy. A girl was buying a BP and the whole setup. The employee was using their care guide trying to figure out what the girl needed. She had her setup with a 40 gallon tank, 75 watt basking bulbs (cause they were a combo day night package), one hide and no temp or humidity gauge. I gave some advise but most she didn't take. The employee just kept apologizing for not knowing.

The girl put the gauges back when she thought I wasn't looking. Cause you know the temps don't matter. Poor snake, they really shouldn't sale live pet.

Then today I stopped in a different location to get another accessory. I was in the restroom when an employee came in used the restroom and then just left. The door clearly said to wash his hands. Not so bad but he was also the reptile guy that was then handling a ladies two lizard purchase. I'm kinda OCD on some things and this really bothered me. I know I'm weird.

Well we all live and learn now you need to so one more thing and fix your signature :)

Ya the lady that sold me mine was reading the care sheet with her co-worker and trying to figure out what I needed. Lucky for me I did my research first on what I need and how to set them up. I should have know better when they wouldn't even get the snakes out I had to reach in the get the 2 they had and check them out.

Oh well a lesson learned and now I know how to pop! :0

Dont feel bad My fiance and I went to petsmart for a couple things and want to look at a ball the lady unlocked the cage and jumped back saying go ahead you can reach in lol.

and the hand washing thing dont feel bad about that i have 6 snakes and a few big bottles of sanitizer lol

I did not. I checked out a couple you tube videos and a picture guided walk through.

Well now your daughters gunna have to come up with a different name i guess lol. Mike is a pretty good name for a boy in case youre looking for suggestions :)
