Green things, end of tail?

my male ball hes about 10 weeks old, just noticed he has 2 little tiny green things sticking out of his tail on both sides, i cant get a picture at this moment :/
im just woundering if anyone has saw this before?

at first i just thought it was poop on him but there actually coming out of his tail

Green? And from where about are they coming out from? Can't do much without a picture.

I don't know about green, but it sounds like you're seeing the spurs on either side of his vent.

are they normal? or.. ive looked up spurs they look like them but what are they for?

Yup,

Those are spurs - they are used in mating. :)
