    Leopards, need feedback please
This is the only clutch I produced leopards in this season. I saw an obvious difference in them when they hatched but a little more after shed. I just wanted to get some opinions on this and whether or not there may be a black back gene in play. I am due to release the het pied group tomorrow and want to know if you would hold her or not?

I'm not sure if it's genetic, but never the less it's visual. Only one way to find out!:gj:

They look like nice leapords to me, unless one of the parents is a blackback I see no reason to assume that the offspring has a black back. Leapords throw funky patterns which is what im seeing in your snakes. Very nice nonetheless.

I think leopards are highly variable, but yours clearly has a nice blackback thing goin on. Maybe the pied gene is messing with it? Maybe there is some genetic blackback seeping into it. I love e rich dark stripe on the blackback. I would keep her :gj:.

Thanks for the input. I do know they are variable, so I decided to release the het pied girl but will keep the leopard female. I will keep an eye out for similar offspring from her down the road. She is cool looking though.
