She will come out when shes ready to!
Its perfectly normal, since you just got her shes still going to need time to adjust.
Remember bps are nocturnal so you may not even see her come out during the day much.

A hiding ball is a happy ball:) They do not make good display snakes for this reason. I would not worry about it let your snake settle for a week and keep handeling to only what is needed for cleaning ETC

well your not able to watch her 24/7 are ya? :P
I assure you she comes out to drink.
You have nothing to worry about.

EDIT just please be patient and give her some space right now. She needs to adjust and get used to her new surroundings.
I'm assuming you've never had a bp before? Please if you havnt already, read a caresheet and make sure your husbandry is correct.
This will prevent you from some horrible problems down the road.

BallPythons get most of their water from the rodents that they eat. It can be rare to actually see them drink... this isn't an issue.

Mine seem to only come out around midnight-3 A.M.

Hiding is good. Mine only comes out for a drink or when its feeding day. On the few occasions that she's out and cruising its usually around 11:00 PM. They like feeling warm and secure. Great pets but not the best show animal. If yours is tucked in and not roaming around all stressed than you are on the right track. Just keep an eye on the temps and humidity. Just make sure you give her a good week of no handling to let her acclimate. Then give us pictures:D
