Newb question

So i've notice a few people who post have in there sig the type of python they have and like 1.1 or 0.9, just wondering what does that mean lol.

1.0- male
0.1 - female
0.0.1 - unknown

1.1.1 - would mean one male,one female,and one unknown gender.

Oh, that makes alot of sense, and knowing is half the battle:P
