Spark or Normal?
-
I certainly can see the difference! But I am really bad at telling morphs apart unless there is a significant difference not just the extreme lightness of the one in this pic.... However given the choice between spark and normal I would say it was a spark...

The lighter one definitely is the spark, and the darker one a normal. Actually, the normal seen here is Het of ?. She hatched out completely colorless-black/silver/grey/white. Within a few sheds, she had her color. I'm told it may be het faded albino. Maybe I'll try to prove her out some time. She still has a year and a half to go.

That is crazy! I have never heard of that. Do you have pics? I gotta see what she looked like as a baby!

No pics. I got her in a trade/purchase along with 2 of her siblings. She was supposed to be axanthic. That ended up not being the case, and the seller knew it before hand. Long story short, I have my mojaves back for the 1.1 siblings, and kept this girl until he pays me the $ back...which I expect to never see....
I'll probably end up keeping her and breeding her to an albino male to see if that's what Het she is. If not, at least the het babies will be colorless at first, so I'll know which babies are het. Then, if there's a male, I can try and find out what she's het for. Long process, but it's the only way I'll get any $ back out of it.

Re: Spark or Normal?
So - are you asking if it's a spark? If so - based on reading Albey's linked thread, I'd be inclined to say no - what you have is a het for the faded albino line and that his hold back picture looks a lot like the one you have.
-
No, not asking if it's a spark. Sorry for any confusion. I'm trying to show how different and light my spark is vs. a normal. The normal shown is a het of something, because it was born without color... I'll probably be trying to figure it out in the future when she's big enough to breed.
Anyway, the lighter one in the pics is our Spark. He's definitely a Spark, definitely different than a normal. Just was trying to show the difference... stupid title on my part, I guess.
