    would this be classed as a granite?
    hi just wondering if this would be classed as a granite, i know some it would have to be prove to be genetic. he a nice lad either way, got some nice flames going down him, a light patch on his head and the granite look but most i have seen dont seem to have the alien heads.

    Im no expert but I think you should dink with it and see what you get. I dont see a lot of flecking or speckling in there but there is some so why not just dink with it a little bit? :)

    No - he doesn't have the requisite dot in the neck pattern.

    A speckle or 2 doesn't automatically mean granite :gj:. What you got there is a good 'ol classic wild type normal :gj:.

    Maybe, but probably not. Keep in mind also that the granite pattern isn't always the result of a single gene mutation, as well.
    He has some granite speckling.

    In a really good granite, the larger spots would be absent.
