    Clutch #3 for year. Woot!
Yesterday came down to my snake room to find another clutch of eggs. This was a pairng of pastel x pastel. I saw them lock a few times this year but she never really showed many signs of being gravid so this was a nice surprise. This is her first year producing for us. She dropped 5 large eggs though as you can see in the picture there was a kicked out egg. This often can mean the mother knows the egg isn't good so we have marked it and we'll see what happens with that one. It candled well just like the others. Hoping to see a couple of super's out of this clutch. That is something we don't have in our collection that I would like to have. Got them in the incubator and now we get to wait...

Very nice. What are you incubating your eggs in?

We use a vermiculite and perlite combination and then we put the egg crate over top to keep them out of the moisture. We have found that this works best for us. Keeps all the humidity they need but keeps the eggs dry so they won't mold. We got this suggestion from users here on the forums
