BP.net down a lot?

It seems that often in the afternoons the site goes down for a bit, either not loading the page or returning a database error. I always check at this site to make sure it isn't just me. Maybe there it's maintenance that no one bothers to mention? Or maybe it is scheduled and I don't know where to look? Anyone else notice anything? It was down about a half hour ago for me.

Seems to be a growing issue that does not have a simple (quick, easy) fix. We're working on it.

yeah i had the same happen to me. i also tought it was just me

'twas down for me too. I had a panic attack and started running into walls...

Does anything ever have a quick and easy fix? :P Thanks for the info, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't sitting here hitting F5 in vain.

We're working on getting a newer, beefier server going right now - as well as a few software upgrades and tweaks to hopefully speed things up.

Just keep an eye out for announcements regarding downtime in the next few weeks. Along with the downtime WILL come some new forum goodies, so don't get too depressed when our maintenance page comes up ;)

It actually did it to me earlier too and a couple times in the past few days but I just come back later so now that I know it's not just me I know I'm not missing anything haha
