Ball Python stressed...

    Ball Python stressed...
    if you have read my other posts you will know that i found out my baby ball python had mites while about to shed and all the hassle ive had, he was out of his tank for about 1 half and now just looks depressed sitting on the paper towels on the warm end not even in his hide... just sitting there he hasnt moved for a while he isnt dead just looks like he is sleeping im not worried just seems like hes had a hard day haha, woundering if anyone has had there python out for ages and what happened for them?

    Your post isn't quite clear to me...

    Are you using a UTH and is it on a thermostat?

    Sometimes mine will just lay out in the middle of their tubs. As long as he's eating and isn't lethargic or anything I'd say he's probably fine. Usually there's cause for worry when they're cruising their cage non stop and won't go into hiding. What do you mean he was out of his tank for one half? One half hour? Day?

    he was out of his tank for 1hour30mins while i was sorting everything out and he seems like he cant be bothered just moving his head nothing else, since last night he has gone into his hide, hopefully his shed is fine. and the mites are gone:(
