how much should a baby male royal python weigh?

how much shud my "baby male royal python weigh?
ive had him 3 days..
not sure on his exact age i think hes about 6-8weeks old
not sure how many feeds his add im guessing about 4/5

so how much should an average baby male royal python weigh?

There is no set weight average.
They're all born at different sizes and have different growth rates.

But ball park figure I would say between 50-150grams.

At that age, it really can still vary a lot based on what his hatch weight was. I have some two-week olds that range from 54g-82g (before first meal), which is a pretty big difference. Yours looks like he has good body condition, so I'd say he weighs what he should, whatever that is. :)

It's variable, lots come in to play

Weight out of the eggs, I have hatch some in the 40+ grams and some in the 80+ grams.

How fast they start eating, some will start the day of their first shed some might take 4 or 6 weeks before getting started.

So imagine a 40 grams hatchling that take 6 weeks to take his first meal and compare it to a 80 grams hatchling that eats right away, the difference can be pretty significant.

What matters is that your animal is eating and that he LOOKS healthy. :gj:
