    My spastic baby boa... :-)
Feeding night, he loves to eat.... So, I have the rat pup in the tongs, heading in to him. He smells it, turns, whack! Strikes. Wait, rat fell out of tongs, he has my tongs, (coiled them). Oh, there is the rat on the floor. I'll coil him too! Soooo, the spaz, had my tongs with his tail, that he wouldn't let go of, and his rat with his mouth and top half, that he wouldn't let go of. He ate this way, hanging onto my tongs with his bottom half. Once his rat was down he let me have my tongs back. What a goon! I was going to take pictures, but figured he had enough "oddities" going on without me taking pictures....lol

My BCI loves to eat hanging upside down. :P I think it's kind of natural for them, since they tend to hang out in trees sometimes anyway. She lets me know she's hungry by getting up on top of her "climbing tree" that allows her to perch at lid level, then when I open the cage, I shove the small rat in her face and she grabs it and coils it, and usually falls to the cage floor in the process. But still holds on to the tree for dear life with her tail. It's her thing. I just try to make sure she doesn't hurt herself on the way down.

They are total goof balls when it comes to food. They're just so desperate to get it into their mouths! Haha!

My male is exactly like this. :D In fact, sometimes I'm even afraid to open the lid, as I can see him preparing for the strike.
