    First baby royal python need help!
    im not sure what this is.. ive had this baby royal python for 2 days now and i noticed this by his eye, his right eye doesnt have this.. here is a few images i dont think its a retained eye cap but im just not sure i will try and get some better images when i can thanks!

    The eye does not look retained but im just curious i have only had this python for 2 days no, his eyes are clear but this is bothering me..

    All help would be apprecaiated i know the images are not that great of quality but you can still see what i mean

    It looks like a retained eye cap to me, but it's difficult to tell because the photos are so small.
    Eye caps will be clear. The edges poke out of the corner of the eye because that's where the rest of the shed ripped off.

    It won't affect your snake. Just leave him be until the next shed cycle and it will come off on it's own. Just be sure to have your humidity spot on.

    ok thanks and i have ordered a digital humdity meter but it has not come yet :( so im going to buy some moss tonight

    X2 hard to tell but looks like a retained eyecap should clear with the next shed if you keep your humidity up during the shed :)
