    Can there be other mites in a BP enclosure, other then a parasitic reptile mite ??

    If you feed live, there is a chance that some mites could have come in on your feeders.

    Weavels will also look like mites, but when you smash them they are a little bit larger, have an odd odor to them, and generally "crunch". Those can come in a wide variety of ways from Bird seed, to flower, wheat, oats, etc. . .

    If you have other animals, fleas. They will suck on anything that pumps blood.
