Looks like a piece of stuck shed to me. Pieces of shed sometimes stick to a spur and get hung up. You should be able to pull it right off.

I tried pulling and it was pretty attached. Maybe I was just too nervous lol, ill check in the morning.

Likely shed. You may want to wet it then take it off.
