Slightly premature bragging

I'm so excited, I can't wait until Sunday to brag about the new baby! By the end of sunday I'll have finished paying off and picked up a Type 2 Black Eye Anery w/Genetic Stripe Nicaraguan. Whew that's a mouthful lol.

He's got a very mild kink, so his head is a bit canted to one side. His breeder is optimistic that he'll grow out of it, but he's still pet-only. He's also a snappy lil jerk, its so cute. I love baby snakes with attitude :D

Yeah, Nics have attitude - best of luck! At least he'll stay a bit smaller for you...

But he's a great looking baby!! Really nice pattern and the kink is barely noticable in the pic. Nice pickup for sure! Looking forward to more pics once you bring him home! :gj:

At least one of his parents still has an attitude. I'm so spoiled lol, my friend's rescue "Nicaraguan" (he's a 6.5' male, so I'm assuming he's a hybrid. His coloring is exactly like a Nic though) is the biggest puppy dog ever, loves attention and is super sweet. I'm hoping this boy will at least chill out enough to be handled regularly. I have a 'snake-tamer' rep to maintain :P My first BP was a bloodthirsty baby, but mellowed right out after maybe 2 months with me, haha.

Awesome pick up! My Nicaraguans tolerate handling very well:)

He's home! I forgot what a teensy baby he is, holy cow! I'll set something up to take decent pics of him later. I wanted to let him settle in after the trip home, so I just snapped a couple shots. For such a supposedly snappy baby he sure didn't seem inclined to do more than rear back when I first took him out of his tub, lol. I'll see how he acts once he's gotten comfortable again though, haha.
