Feeding in a box

For those of you who have more than one snake and feed them outside of their enclosure, presumably in a box of some sort, I pose this question:

Do you feed all of your snakes in the same box or a different box?

And why?

I have 2 snakes an Albino Corn, and a BP.

I do not feed them in their enclosures for obvious reasons. They also have their own feeding cages with a hide box in each one. i have noticed that if I put my Corn's hide box in my BP's feeding box he will stick his head in it and come right back out, because he is not use to the Corn's smell. So, I would say use a different feeding boxes for each snake, because they are extremly sensitve to each other's smell.

Or use a feed box you can run through the dishwasher between uses. :)

i use a big ol' gateway computer box, and both snakes eat in it. and so did the king i used to have. i guess now that i think about it, it's not the smartest idea... but i change the newspaper in the bottom of it after every meal... usually because its bloody.

I have a rubbermaid just like the ones I house them in (32 quart), that I feed them in individually. Seems to be working great. :)

All 3 of my bp's get fed in the same rubber maid, only 1 at a time. I have never had problems. But then again, mine all live together.

I feed Bastain in one of those little 'critter keepers', and Atreyu in a rubbermaid. I was noticing the other day how Bastian knows that container...as soon as I put him in it...he starts searching, and striking at any movement. And I wondered how he is going to react when I feed him in something different, cuz he is rapidly outgrowing the critter keeper...maybe next feed I'll try it in the rubbermaid I feed Atreyu in...see what happens.

We use a Truck Box for feeding the Burmese pythons individually, It is bleached between uses, also use smaller tupperware type boxes and also bleached between uses. They are mostly universal because we discinfect them well, (lemon quat & or bleach solution)
