    is this alright for a home?
    10 gallon, lizard litter substrate, fake leaves and branches, upside down bowl with a hole cut it in for a hide, and fresh cricketts.
    (i'm gonna fill this baby up with little geckos soon.)

    I don't know about that substrate. Does it stick to their feet and does it hold humidity well? I know meds need a fair ammount of humidity. I guess if it's working tho, it's fine. I also don't know how many more you can fit in there. You don't want to over-crowd them. But it's looking good.

    the substrate isn't bad, it's a little sticky but not terrible, they can still dart around on it. hold humidity like a sponge.

    they wont eat it thinking its a cricket will they?Some of my geckos arnt too bright like that and eat substrate if its too big and tasty looking.
    eww-just fed my little veild chameleon and she proved my point,she just ate a piece of dry urate thinking it was a cricket,didnt even spit it out when she realized what it was.That musta tasted good :shock:

    i havent noticed the geckos licking around the substrate, but i was lucky enough to catch one munching on a crickets head earlier ;)
