mermaids??

i was watching this show about mermaids being real on the animal planet earlier and they showed this video taken by cell phone claiming to show a real mermaid that washed up on a beach along with some whales. i dont think that what was caught on video was an actual mermaid looks too unreal to me.. also the navy claims to have caught something on their sonar scans.

I watched that yesterday that was crazy, but if u really think of it sounds legit, i mean still finding new animals and other thing so who doesnt say we evolved

true but true the whole show i would of liked to of seen something that would of made me believe they had evidence. the cell phone video was kinda computer made looking. the navy guy said they kept 1 alive for awhile but who knows..

Why does this stuff always end up looking like the Blair Witch Project on film? Why don't Billy Joe and Cletus ever catch Big Foot or an alien on a regular Handy Cam while out killing a sixer of PBR with their GFs?

i thought it was supposed to be speculative. more of a "what if?" type thing.

Mermaids do exist. I have eaten of their pie. It is, as a rule, pretty damn good.

i started to watch it about 20 minutes in. I really thought the show was intended to be fiction. as in that would be what WOULD happen, not something that actually did happen. if they were trying to sell that as fact it really came off to me as a bunch of made up mockumentary BS.

do you honestly believe thats a real video? Im not being mean, im just an extremely realistic person without much of an imagination. To me i cant believe anyone would believe that video lol.
Look at how cloudy and dark the setting was. When the kid pokes it with a stick its really dark and kinda outta focus. But then when it jumps up the camera autofocuses perfectly on its face for a second or two and the lighting is perfect so you can see its face. I dont buy it...
