Wow- I am not usually into spiders, but- I got to say, thats awesome.. great pic!!!! That spider is something else.. I would probably get one, if I could get over this arachnaphobia thing. Go figure, I love reptiles, but have this thing about spiders. I am weird..I know.

Sweet spider, how bad are their bites, and do they commonly bite?

I'm with Jeanne on this one. I'll admirek at them, but if you even act like I have to touch them...get ready to rumble. It seems to me the smaller the critters are, the faster they are, the more nervous they make me. I'll just stick with my snakes! I guess I'm just a wuss.

Hi guys, this girl is very sweet, I guess I am biased since she was bought at the size of my pinkie nail, and now she is a bit bigger..hehe (that is an adult hissing cocharoach she's eating) She has never bitten anyone, and they are considered beginner type sopiders because of their ussually mellow attitude. But you must get to know each individual spider as best you can, I am accually allergic to their bites (only curlyhairs that we know of) and so I have to be very precautiose (sp?) but they hardly ever bite and when they do it doesn't hurt, you just have to know wether your allergic or not.
These T's are great

Thanks for the info Rusty, You be careful since you're allergic to their bites. Me...I'm still afraid...very afraid :)
