My Girl Keeps Teasing Me!!

My big girl keeps laying like this yet still no eggs! Looks like she is trying. wrapped perfect tail in the center and all. You think she is trying to lay?

Hope she does, Ive been checking on her like every hour lol.

I wouldn't know much on whether or not she is trying! But i sure am rooting for you!!!! Hope they come soon!

Hard to tell from the pic but her tail looks bulgy, I would leave her alone for a while and let her do her thing.

Yeah I don't know if she took or not didnt see her ovy but she's been laying like this a lot and upside down which I know is a good sign.

Has she been hugging the heat? When was her last shed? From the pic it looks like she's gravid. I know if they feel insecure they will wait to lay. Leave her alone for a few days! :)

Yeah she has been laying like this quite often, her last shed was about three weeks ago if I remember correctly.

I just missed the ovy so I wasnt sure, either way ill be excited to add some more eggs to the incubator.

I have a hunch you'll get eggs in the next 2 weeks. ;)

Whenever i see pics of preggo females that close to laying it makes me wish that we could just grab them and squeeze out the eggs like a tube of toothpaste! lmao!

LOL yeah. If only this was true. You wait so long for the eggs only to realize that now you have to wait for them to hatch.. I think I have definitely learned some patients in this hobby.

Have you noticed the eggs drop yet? They will all drop down closer to the end of her tail when she gets close to laying. Her vent area will also look pretty big, you can usually tell there is an egg near the vent.
