    Feeding schedule
I have a small burmese python who is around 3 feet and I have been reading about how frequently I should be feeding him. I had a burm growing up and we fed him once a month, I have been feeding my current burm once a week and I'm not sure when it would be okay to switch to every other week. I have been getting mixed answers on care sheets. I also have the same question for my reticulated python, she is about 3.5 feet.

    Thanks guys

I would keep feeding once a week for now.

I feed all my babies once a week and continue that until they reach about 10-12 feet then we cut back to every other week. Once the adults get up into the 14-15 range we only feed once or twice a month unless we are getting them ready to breed or trying to add weight back on after they drop eggs.

Once a week is fine as long as it is an appropriate sized meal. If I were raising a 3 foot burm and feeding it once a week, I would offer 2 - 3 small rats per feeding.
