So thats all of them! I plan on buying all of them as 2011/2012 so breeding wont be for a while but I like to raise my snakes from young if I am going to breed.

I am super excited to get all of these some time in the near future hopefully. I ll be even more excited when I can start breeding!

Now I am brand new to breeding so if anything looks wrong or anything feel free to give me tips!

    Thanks a bunch!

I would really try to get a visual to go with the het. It will simplify your life quite a bit not trying to prove out possible hets.

Possible hets are a by product of het to het, and really there is not much benefit in intentionally creating them.

I got my Hypo Mojo male for $500, and he is smoking hot.

From a breeding standpoint I would get a Bumblebee male but not a Spider male if you get a Bumblebee you already have the Spider Gene and you will get better odds and produce combos that will be more valuable than the ones produced with a Spider male.

thanks! But yah I figured as much the spider was more of a bonus just for the fact that I love spiders.

What do you mean by this? Like getting a Male Orange ghost to breed with her?

Yes, a visual (homozygous) Hypo, and if it has another gene even better (POG, Hypo Mojo, Honey Bee, etc...)

Than I would suggest a female Spider and a male Jigsaw, this way you will not be as heavy on males.

If you really like Spiders and want just a Spider to add to your collection, add a female Spider. There is really no need to have a Bumblebee and Spider male.

Yes, you would be much better off if you got a visual Hypo male to go with the Pastel het Ghost female. Basically decide what direction you want to go with your Hypo project and get a male that will fit. Whether it be a Pastel OG(POG), Spider OG(Honeybee), Mojave OG, or whatever else you may like.

Also since you are buying hatchlings to start with there is no reason to add the males right now. Start getting the females you want now and start growing them up. Then when they are about a year away start looking for the males that you want. This way you will have more money available to add additional females to start with, and then the males will be less expensive when you are ready to add them. Or, you will be able to add a couple even stronger males when the time comes. Such as a Killerbee and Jigsaw.

^X2 It looks a little male heavy but looks good otherwise. As mentioned work on your females first because they will take longer to be breeding size.

Also do a female spider instead, with the bumblebee the male spider would be repetitive, but you can't go wrong with a female! = )
