    rare pythons hatched.. (NEWS)
I was soaking my snake the other day and he kept putting his head under the water. Does any one know why he does this? and is it harmful to him?

    Thanks

I dont think that I would worry about it, he was probually just havin' fun. Both my ball pythons, and my red tail boa swim around under and above the water, they like bath time!

I agree with Crowley, all of our snakes get bathed and checked (scales, eyes, cloaca etc) once a week or so. They all go above and under. Nothing to worry about
    Thanks

Dont think you need to put him on suicide watch or anything. Like the others said they are just having fun. Mine does this in his water dish also.

They just like to play in the water, so I wouldn't worry about. Like everybody have told you already. :P

Naw, they all do that. Just make sure it isn't too long.
