    Low ballers and flippers...
Oh man, we've had some lowballers before, but this guy takes the cake I think. We have a 1,225g '09 female mojave, 820g late 2010 female pinstripe and 1,500g '09 male pastel for sale as a group for $2,000 obro on another site. If you look at the prices that they are all going for and the fact that all are excellent examples of their respective morphs and will be ready to breed this fall, $2,000 isn't that bad of a deal, right? Well this guy comes at us with an attitude telling us they are worth...

$650 TOPS for ALL of them!!!

    HAHAHAHA!!!

He then proceeds to tell us how that is a more than generous offer on his part and how he has to make some when he resells them.

Apparently I'm a real jerk and an idiot because I had to tell him to take a hike when he wouldn't take no for an answer.

$1100ish for the mojo. $700-$800 for the pin. $200-300 for a male that size. total-$2000 sounds pretty fair to me. If those were the snakes i wanted and was after i would offer you something like $1800 probably. $650 is rediculous lol! Clearly he knew better than you though haha!

If he thought you were a jerk, he would have loved me when I told him that he could take his six and half bills, coat them in honey, roll them in broken glass, and then Louisville Slugger Slam them straight up his #$$. I would of course, have offered to help him with the process in case any of it was unclear.

I have discovered that when you flag someone as a flipper that one of two things happens: either they are too dense to understand just how derogative that term is in this community, OR, they get 10-8 hot because they know exactly what that term means.

Good on you for sending him on his way!

    How's $750 sound?

Haha just kidding. $2000 sounds very reasonable if you ask me this guy is just ridiculous.

Right and $1,800 would be a reasonable offer which I would probably accept because it would benefit both of us. $1,500 would be a lowball offer and I would decline. $650 is just insulting I think. One thing that everyone should know about me. I was built to hold out and if I gotta sit on these guys for a while, I'm ok with that. We aren't desperate.

I've had similar... when my pied was worth in the thousands... I think I put $2K and someone informed me that HE could get any number of piedbalds at a local show for $400. I told him to go buy 10 or so because he'd make a mint reselling them to all the rest of herp-dom.
