Day 45 and a question...

Just candled them and the veins look great...see movement but what should you see at this point....should the baby be noticeable...thanks for the help...RichieBoo...

The baby inside will appear as a dark shadow coming up from the side. Sometimes quite low sometimes noticeable. At day 45 you will see noticeable twitches coming from the shadow. If you see no shadow, moving your candling torch into different positions will eventually show it.

thanks i see a shadow and alot of movement....

It's hard to see the baby until the end. Once you get closer to the end they are much more smooshed and their bodies will be pressed against the side of the egg and you can usually see the pattern, it's pretty cool!

I think just overall excitement.

I didn't see anything til I cut them. Just wait it out and let them be and you won't stress about it at all!! You're almost there!

In the past week i only candled them twice.. i just meant with two days gone bye they showed a difference..I wasn't doing it every day...
