    Pewter Lesser square
    Can someone give me a run down on a pewter lesser punnet? I looked it up on morph wiz, and did it myself, and I don't think I'm listing the genetics right because I came up with a lot more normals than the wiz did. Thanks!

    12.5% or 1/8 for all combinations. Pastel, normal, lesser, cinnamon, pewter, pastel lesser, cinnamon lesser, and lesser pewter.

    Yup, I understand that, but I'm not understanding how you get lesser, pastel, and cinnamon all in one snake

    Because a Pewter is a Pastel x Cinnamon, and you're talking about breeding it to a Lesser. Or maybe I don't understand your question?

    You can get all those genes in one snake because they're ALL co-dominant. A pewter can pass on both cinnamon and pastel because its 2 different traits, like blue eyes and blonde hair(recessive but parents can pass both on).

    So this is the square I keep coming up with, so what I'm I doing wrong?

    Nc=cinnamon
    Np=pastel
    Nl=lesser

    --N--c--N--p
    N NN Nc NN Np
    l Nl lc Nl lp

    So, I know I'm wrong but I see 1/4 normal, 1/8 cinnamon, 1/8 pastel, 1/4 lesser, 1/8 lesser cinnamon, 1/8 lesser pastel. How should this square look?

    Thanks :) I wasn't thinking that two genes could attach to each other like that. Been a long time since genetics class lol
