I need some advice on building a PVC cage
Alright so, I want to build PVC cages (not racks, actually enclosures) for my bearded dragon, and one for my ball python. I want to use Controlled Density PVC (or something similar). I want my cages to be similar to the Animal Plastics T8 which is 4'x2'x1' , but I'm in kind of a money pinch so ive decided to try and build my own. So my questions are:

Has anybody built with this type of PVC before? If so, can I get it at a hardware store?
    Is it expensive?
Does anyone have any photos of theirs? (I've looked on the Internet and couldn't find any good ones)

Any tips/helpful hints would be GREATLY appreciated. :)

    The Serpent Merchant
The hardest part will be finding the material. see if there is a local sign shop, many of these shops will have sheets of plastic. Make sure that the plastic that you get is UV resistant. Many types of plastic break down when exposed to UV for extended periods of time. (If you can find a sign shop get something designed for outdoors... it should be UV resistant. PVC, ABS, Polypropylene, and polycarbonate are all good choices.

Forum Member Kitedemon recently built a custom cage for his bearded dragon, I would use his as a guide:
