I saw some one on here that showed off a pic or two of their black widows. (I think it was Rustydragons).. If you want to post them, feel free :) I'm just trying to find them to show my fiance. :)
Thanks guys!

The best I can do is a (bad) pic of our last red widow.
She was a wonderfull "mom" as she defended her egg sac quite well!!
She has since past on but was a very interesting spider!

Hope this helps

I'll move this to the invertabrate forum, try and keep things in their proper forum, lol.
Nice pic. I've never seen a black widow, and don't like little spiders. But I like tarantulas and would kill for an emporer scorp. Got any of those?

i found a black widow in my shed last year. it was jet black with the red hour glass shape. needless to say, he got the timbos in his face. they totally creep me out...

Will, now all of his brothers and sisters (by the thousands) are going to find you when your sleeping... mwahahaha...lol
Emporer scorpions are great, at the moment all we have is an african flatrock:

Thanks Rusty (and John, lol).. I lived in Los Angeles my whole life up until 2 years ago, and there were black widows all over the place. I wanted a pic to show my fiance, he's never seen one, lol. Thanks!

cool spiders
do you even have to clean its cage i can't imagine spider poo is all big
what did you feed it?
-
They eat small insects IE: Small crickets etc. They are excellent masters in killing and eating their prey.
It can be quite the intense thing to move one from it's enclosure. Very exhilerating to say the least..lol
Respect them and learn about them. Very ineresting animals to care for.
Thanks

I haven't seen a black widow aaround our place in probably a couple of years. Whether that's because of the cats, the geckos, or some other factor, I'm not sure, but suffice it to say, I haven't missed them at all.
