Thank You - First Time Ball python Owner
I just wanted to give a BIG thanks to this very helpful community. This is my first post, but, I have scoured the site reading the care sheets and optimal setups for my new snake.

I am a first time snake owner and decided on a BP because of their temperament and size. I have her in a 50 gallon exo-terra terrarium. UTH and a zoo med slider dome for light and a basking spot. Got it damn near perfect after 2 weeks. 80-82 cold side, 86-88 hot side and 92-95 basking spot during the day.

It took her about a week to get acclimated and turned down her first F/T meal. Which got me a little discouraged. I waited a week and used the hair dryer trick and she took down 2 mice!

Anyway, I will stop going on... I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for their great info and community. Made my life and new amazing pet much easier.
