I ordered a 7 deck AP rack and was given a 5 week lead time. About 4 weeks in to it, I added another 3 deck rack. AP told me they were running a little behind, and should be able to ship both racks at the same time.

Sure enough at the 6 week point from my original order, I got BOTH racks.

Delays happen, and they were in great communication, and expedited the second rack to get them both out at the same time time.

Also, I asked for the directions for building them to be sent electronically well before the racks arrived, so I could look at them, and they had no problems at all with it.

Also, I did a thread already showing how to put one together and has a pic of the final results: http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...ck-build-video

Overall, I give these folks a hearty recommendation, and they will likely provide all of my rack needs until the day I step up to ARS or Freedom Breeders......

Also, if you do not see a rack size on the website, email them. The 3 deck one I got was not on there, but they have pricing for them if you ask.

I love AP and all of my enclosures currently are from them. Excellent customer service (always get a response from emails within hours) and awesome product.

Yeah, I'm really happy with my AP rack, and with the customer service. It's a nice, sturdy, secure piece of construction, for a very nice price. I'll probably keep buying from them.
