Panacur Dosage

I bought a tube of panacur for horses. I want to find out how much should I dose my ball pythons. I have read dosages charts, but they are based on mg/kg. However the tube I bought is mg/g. How do I convert this? The concentration of the tube is 100mg/g.

1kg = 1000g

What does the dosage chart say you should give?

You have to be careful, as this kind of math can be easy to mess up, and have disastrous results if you do, depending on the medication.
