    Corns vs black rat question.
What is the visual difference between an anery corn and black rat when they are both hatchlings?

Corns still retain the distinctive corn pattern. The head on a black rat is usually more oval shaped as well. The rat will usually musk the crap out of you too. This is an interesting question, do you have a hatchling that needs to be identified?

Similar patterns, but anery corns are typically lighter in color, usually have a typical corn head pattern, and the head shapes and head to body proportions are a bit different.

The reason why I asked is because I found a baby black rat the other day and it's colors were lighter than any other black rat I've ever seen. But it didn't look like any pics of anery corn I've seen either. I've held an anery corn though basing off of pics can be hard to compare.
