An Ohio zoo which had five animals returned them to Maria Thompson. Atleast she got some back instead of losing everything.

You should have explained it more, the guy from Zainesville, Ohio who released his animals then committed suicide, some of the animals were kept at the Columbus Zoo until a few days ago, the mans wife now has them back.

Honestly, I'm suprised she got anything back, but I'm glad she did.

Indeed. It's traumatic enough when your husband releases all your pets and commits suicide, having all the animals gone at a zoo after being confiscated would drive me insane

Its about time. I find it hard to believe people still think her husband killed himself.

 Please enlighten me as to how he met his demise, if it wasn't suicide?

Everything I've seen points to suicide as the undisputed cause of death. The guy was emotionally unstable. What are you suggesting?

I can't disagree more, I can't believe these animals are being returned to the sh*t hole conditions they were in before the incident. 2 Leopards, a bear and 2 Macaques - I just hope that this time they are taken care of and not half starved/emaciated and living in there own waste as before. I understand that people want to maintain the right to keep exotics, and I agree, but for god sake please care of them.
