Question for Herpstat 4 owners--will the humidity probe work by itself?
I was wondering if anyone with the Herpstat 4 knows if the humidity probe will display the humidity by itself without a connected device? I was curious because I do have the humidity probe, but I was wondering if anyone knows before I go routing the wire through my girl Nala's cage and risk disturbing her too much--I've only had her for two weeks. Any help will be appreciated, as always, you guys are great!

You need to have the humidity probe connected for it to work.

Oops--I probably should have been more clear--LOL. What I meant was that when I have it connected, can it still just display the humidity, or do I need an automatic mister connected also for it to work? Sorry about that!

It should work espicially if you set the % low enough that it doesn't turn on much if at all.

Yup. The same is true of the thermometer probes too.
