Humidity and activity relation

So first off I'm new to this form. I got my bp in october as just a baby.
I just recently bought a reptifogger which just puts fog/humidity in her tank cause I've really struggled with humidity(I live in southern utah ..hot and dry) but since I got the fogger I've noticed my BP having more activity and I was just curious to see if higher humidity would increase activity in BPs. Thanks for any posts

How much humidity are we talking? (%) what are you using to measure humidity?

Humidity between 40% and 50%. Temp at 85° . I am just using those petco ones that are round and stick on the glass. Probabley not the best. I like her moving around more I'm just curious to see what's causing it. She is all over the place

wow, how much does the fogger run?

40%-50% is in the ideal range, I like mine at 60% but 40-50 is fine. I haven't noticed any relation between humidity and activity.

what you are using to measure temperatures

when was the last time she ate?

Ohhhh something Aaron doesnt know! Pet Smart has them foggers for like 60 bucks. If you make a really detailed tank, you can make a fog fall. It looks amazing!

the only fog waterfall i could find.

Tank size is a 20 g long I use a heat lamp that has both night and day in one so I can switch between.I'm not sure of the diff between temps on cold and hot side. I feed her every Sunday she just graduated to adult mice. Frozen mice. I use this dirt from petco that floats in water but holds moisture well.I got the fogger from petco for $60 kinda spendy but proves worthy. Sorry I don't know the names of evertything. I could post more detailed when I get home

sorry guys, I worded that poorly. I meant how often is the fogger running... as in turned on and actively humidifying lol

ok, I suggest that you get one of these, it costs $12 at Walmart and measures 2 temperatures (hot and cool side) as well as humidity (the dial type are inaccurate and tend to stop working after a month or so)

Ill have to get one of those. The fogger has been on all day on low just to maintain humidity. Somtimes she lays right under it

It must really be dry there... if I ran a fogger for 5 minutes in my cages it would jump to 99% lol

Well I'm in southern utah. No humidity. I ran the fogger all day on low and it stayed at 40% I should probabley bump it up more huh. Whats the ideal humidity/ heat
