    Snake escape
Snake was left unattended for just a minute in his tupperware and seems to have gone into a hole in the wall. Seems ot house hot water piping... Can someone suggest ways I might convince him to leave?

You could try a mouse... There was a thread a while back where something like this happened. That guy ended up having to pull a sheet of drywall down so he could get to the BP.

Omg that's a tough one. Shy of cutting open your wall I'm not too sure. I would shove a towel under all the doors or openings leaving that room and keep other animals out of. You could also leave a heating pad on low somewhere near by with something he could hide in on it

ugh thats tough. you sure its in the wall? couple tricks you can try. if its not carpeted you could put flower down and you will be able to track it when it comes out. also depending on the size you can put a mouse in a two liter bottle (tape the bottle back together and leave the lid off) snake goes in eats and is to fat to get out. turn the heat off put a hide down with heating pad and seal the door with duct tape when you leave. good luck and best wishes.

I used flour to track his movements; he definitely left the wall-hide and came out last night after bedtime, but don't know if he's returned there to sleep or not. Housing a mouse in the living room, hoping his nose will guide him to food when he gets hungry.

Turns out the snake thought he was a benq monitor and hid in the empty box. Guess something else tracked the flour around. He was really cold when found, put him on his bask... Crisis averted.
