Need your guys opinion is this a mystic?

I trust the seller but was just wondering what you guys were thinking before i made a decision.

I would say yes.

I would say likely as well.

I would say it is something besides a normal.....I have a proven
Mystic and you would have a hard time telling the difference between it and a Mojave...
depends on who the seller is as well.....

Wow fast responses thanks guys! Umm yeah thats why i ask she is not from a reputable breeder so im just not sure. Going with my instinct i say yes because she has the traits of most mystics dark's are dark and no greens more of a straw color. But I am not too experienced with mystics and only have seen a hand full in person. I will be seeing her before i make a decision.

If your going to do a F2F transaction ask to see the parents (assuming he/she produced it). It could help. :gj:

Ok so im up in the air on this deal... I have a female 450g BEL "butter/Mojave" to trade for a Mystic and Mojave both females that are much smaller than the BEL. Is this a fair trade?

If the Mystic is real, then it is an OK trade. Mystic is on my list of morphs (along with Phantom, Special, Specter, etc...) that I would not touch without known lineage, and in this case a Potion in the lineage.

Subtle morphs should be bought from a breeder you trust. I treat them like hets in that way.

Thanks for the info Jinx i think its an ok deal also it being a mystic and not really knowing until i breed her out 2 years down the line im rethinking my decitions. I love my BEL and cant seem to get her on f/t "3 month struggle" but i just need to give her more time and be patient instead of making moves im going to regret. Going to try a 3 week "starve" and try the process of offering p/k then f/t over again.

I agree 100%. I got my pastel mystic from Dan Wolfe, because I trust the guy wholeheartedly. He doesn't do the mystic potion cross, so I know there's no way I have an overpriced mojave.

Find a breeder you trust, and listen to your gut feelings. Often, they're correct.
